The Battle Between Cupcake And Brownie

With all of the upscale and trendy cupcake shops opening up all over, the cupcake has now established itself as more than what it used to be, like the birthday cupcake or the low-end cupcakes you buy at a bake sale.

The popularity of cupcakes may have come about from its adequately sized portion, easy to distribute for all to enjoy, and also the originality of its decor.

But we have entered a new frontier: the crossing of the cupcake and the brownie. Who would have thought that there could be something better than the cupcake, or the brownie for that matter. But the mix of both desserts is rich and chocolaty and too heavenly to pass. This new dessert cross-breed will sure to get all your party guests excited about the final course. You will be the talk of the town after your child’s birthday bash. And, you will be asked my all: What is your secret for making these amazing cupcakes?

Because it will still look like your traditional cupcake in all its glory and perfect size, but have that rich intensity the brownie brings.

To further your business, you must think this way. What would make your dental marketing ‘recipe’ perfect?

Here are the ingredients to making this too good to be true dessert: 3 oz. (3 squares) unsweetened chocolate, ½ cup butter or margarine, 11/2 cups sugar, 3 eggs, 11/2 teaspoons vanilla, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup chopped walnuts, Buttercream Frosting, 1 stick (8-oz.) butter, softened, 1 box (16-oz.) powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, a dash of salt and 2 to 3 tablespoons milk.

Start by preheating your oven at 350 degrees. Use a 23/4 inch muffin pan and grease it or use the paper cupcake cups. Mix the chocolate, butter and sugar in a pan on low heat. Remove it from the heat and add the eggs and vanilla, flour and walnuts and mix well.

Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees and you are done. Just make sure you let them cool off before eating them.

As a nice touch, sprinkle some powdered sugar of decorate them as you please.
